PAN-FRY

Pour 3 tbsp of vegetable oil into a nonstick pan. Place frozen MANDU pieces into the pan, leaving space between them. Heat on medium-high for 8 minutes, turning each side over every 2-3 minutes or until all sides are golden brown.

BOIL

Add frozen MANDU pieces to any soup or broth and boil for 6 minutes for a hearty MANDU soup.

STEAM

Pour enough water into a steamer and bring it to a boil. Once the water is boiling, place frozen MANDU pieces inside and steam for 8 minutes.

AIR FRYER

Add frozen MANDU to the air fryer basket in an even layer and cook them at 350°F (not preheated) for 10-12 minutes, shaking or flipping the MANDU every 3-4 minutes to ensure they fry evenly.
