INGREDIENTS

Plant-based Beef Bulgogi 100g

¼ carrot

¼ zucchini

¼ onion

10 pieces of lettuces

Rice 210g

3 tablespoons of soy paste

RECIPES 
STEP 1
Cook the plant-based beef bulgogi
in the microwave for 3 minutes
STEP 2
Cut carrots and zucchini into slices.
STEP 3
Fry the plant-based beef bulgogi and
trimmed vegetables in a frying pan for 1 minutes

STEP 4
Cut off the top of the lettuce,
wash and drain the water.

STEP 5
Put the rice in the lettuce
into bite-sized pieces.

STEP 6
Put stir-fried vegetables and plant-based beef bulgogi
on top of rice and add soybean paste sauce to complete.
